Victoria line

Color maps usually show the Victoria line as a light blue line.

The Victoria line runs between Walthamstow Central in the north and Brixton in the south.

The Victoria line is entirely underground.

Starting in the north, heading south, station by station:

  1. Walthamstow Central. Change for London Overground services on the line between London Liverpool Street and Chingford. Change for London Overground services (from Walthamstow Queen's Road, which is a short walk away) on the line between Gospel Oak and Barking, but it might be easier to change at Blackhorse Road.
  2. Blackhorse Road. Change for London Overground services on the line between Gospel Oak and Barking.
  3. Tottenham Hale. Change for National Rail services on the lines between London Liverpool Street and Cambridge, between London Liverpool Street and Hertford East (via Tottenham Hale), between Stratford and Bishops Stortford, and between Stratford and Hertford East (via Tottenham Hale).
  4. Seven Sisters. Change for London Overground services on the lines between London Liverpool Street and Cheshunt (via Seven Sisters) and between London Liverpool Street and Enfield Town. Change for London Overground services (from South Tottenham, which is a short walk away) on the line between Gospel Oak and Barking. Change for National Rail services on the line between London Liverpool Street and Hertford East (via Seven Sisters).
  5. Finsbury Park. Change for London Underground services on the Piccadilly line. Change for National Rail services on the lines from London King's Cross and Moorgate.
  6. Highbury and Islington.
