Mathematics

Mathematics was the subject that I liked best at school. I find it fun and often beautiful.

I am grateful that I had such great teachers. I think that a good teacher finds many different ways to explain things to suit each student. My main teacher at school was Linda McKinley. I am grateful that I had some great tutors at college too, including Charles Batty and Paul Tod. They were very patient with me.

Occasionally, I send the people I know messages with simple mathematical facts that I think they might find interesting.
